Progressivement, une certaine prise de conscience des chercheurs a eu lieu : les travaux autour de cette thématique se sont multipliés, abordant successivement des concepts spécifiques et émergents tels que le harcèlement, le stress, les risques psychosociaux ou encore le burn-out (épuisement professionnel). Cette multiplication des travaux s’accompagne d’un accroissement des approches pluridisciplinaires avec notamment la mobilisation des apports de l’ergonomie, la psychologie du travail et la clinique du travail, mais aussi l’approche économique des troubles musculo-squelettiques (Chakor et coll., 2015, p. 143). L’objectif de notre article est de prolonger cette réflexion autour de la manière dont les travaux francophones en GRH abordent et produisent des connaissances scientifiques en matière de santé-travail en cherchant plus précisément à expliciter, d’une part, la place de la pluridisciplinarité, voire de l’interdisciplinarité, dans ces démarches et, d’autre part, à identifier les postures de recherche adoptées.
