Hubspot: es uno de los softwares de marketing automations lideres a nivel mundial, que ha triunfado desde mi punto de vista por ser muy completa, por estar muy bien acabada, por ser muy fiable, tener un coste “razonable” para lo que ofrece y por la cantidad de información y formación que aporta la empresa para que puedas aprender y poner en práctica las buenas prácticas de gestión de leads. Y sobretodo, por ser muy fácil e intuitiva de utilizar. De todo lo que explicaba en el punto anterior Hubspot lo permite hacer con creces, incluso va más allá. Los precios van variando a lo largo del tiempo, así que lo mejor es que mires el modelo de pricing actual. Lo bueno es que tiene un modelo “gratis” de CRM, y un model muy “capado” de “marketing automation”, que casi no permite hacer nada de los sustancial en marketing, pero para ver cómo es puede estar bien darte de alta y probarlo. El pricing mínimo para empezar a usar las principales funciones está aproximadament alrededor de los 200 € al mes. Para empresas medianas/grandes este coste es muy razonable. Para empresas más pequeñitas este precio es realmente un esfuerzo muy bestia y muchas veces prohibibo. Hubspot también tiene otro módulo pensado para las funciones de ventas (Hubspot Sales), no está mal, pero es lo que te decía antes, no es su especialidad y no puede competir con otras soluciones de “CRM de Ventas” como Salesforce.
